Can I take the bike to other provinces? Can I ride the Mae Hong Son Loop or ride to Chiang Rai?

We require that our bikes stay within Chiang Mai. This is to assure we can support our customers with any problems that may arise. We generally ask that our bikes stay within 30km of the city. This means you can take the bike on the Samoeng Loop but not the Mae Hong Son Loop.

What happens if I scratch or damage the bike?

We don't worry about the small stuff. Scratches are part of riding in Chiang Mai and will inevitably happen.
