My three friends and I had a fantastic experience hiring two scooters from Scooter Hub Chiang Mai for the Samoeng Loop. Em and Kiz, the owners, are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful, and although they’re a new business, they’ve clearly put a lot of thought into getting things right.
The scooters were virtually brand new and in excellent condition. We chose their 160cc scooters (recommended by them), which were perfect for the Samoeng Loop: strong, reliable, and very comfortable on the mountain roads. The helmets provided were also in excellent condition.
The whole hiring process was straightforward and professional, with a clear contract and deposit. Em and Kiz also gave us some great recommendations and a very useful prepared list of places to see and things to do along the loop.
Their prices are very competitive for the quality of the scooters they provide. It was a genuinely easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Highly recommended! If we’re back in Chiang Mai, we would definitely hire from Scooter Hub again. Great bikes, great service and lovely people running the business.

Our scooter rental experience in Chiang Mai was excellent. The staff explained everything clearly, and the process was smooth. We rented a large car (I think it was around 150 cc) for 400 baht per day. The scooter was in great condition and had plenty of power; we drove straight up to Nang Nang Waterfall.
Because it rained on the way back and the car got very muddy, the staff were happy to help us clean it up.
Liang rented a Honda Click 160cc scooter for their stay in Chiang Mai. They wanted to explore the local mountains and visit the Sticky Waterfall in Mae Taeng so wanted a bike with a bit more power than the typical rental bikes. They enjoyed riding here and were impressed with the scooter.

This was a 10/10 experience and I wish I could rate them even higher. This is a new business with stellar attention to detail and superior customer service. It's quite obvious they're out to help people have a great time in Chiang Mai without exploiting or grifting visitors.
One evening around 7pm I was headed out to dinner and found that my bike wouldn't start. I assumed that I'd left the key ignition switched on and drained the battery. I sent a WhatsApp message to the shop and was surprised to receive an immediate response. I explained the problem and figured I'd have to wait until the morning to get the situation sorted.
To my absolute surprise they bought me a new bike with a full tank of gas in less than 25 minutes from the initial report.
They explained that there was just an issue with that particular and I had done nothing wrong. I made it to dinner on time like nothing had ever happened.
This was stellar customer service and I would absolutely rent from them again and again.
I loved their "scratch insurance"... it made me feel good since a lot of bike rental shops take advantage of foreigners by charging them for minor or existing scratches.
Don't hesitate to use this company during your holiday. You won't be disappointed.

Gao was here with his family for a week. He was staying in a hotel near our office and took one of our Honda Click 160cc bikes for a week. He was impressed with its power and how easy it was to ride and was very pleased with the quality of the brakes.

Pond was a wonderful customer who took great care of our scooter! He was impressed by the Honda Click 160cc and had never previously rode this model. He rented the bike during a national Thai holiday and took the bike on many adventures to Doi Inthanon, Doi Suthep, Mae Taeng and various other places around Chiang Mai. 一開始是因為這間店在租的房子附近而聯繫他們，他們貼心的服務和完全透明的合約，讓我為後續來清邁的家人再多租一台他們的機車。
他們的車非常新，騎乘舒適，我們共待了2個星期，每天騎車到清邁的東西南北，從來沒遇過任何問題。
期間，他們熱心的提供清邁旅遊的資訊，他告訴我很多當地人才知道的景點，也告訴我哪些是當地人會避免去的，我完全相信已經常住在清邁十多年的英國人了解遊客需要的是什麼。
為了擴大營業，他們的店搬到尼曼路附近。到最後還車，我沒想到會告訴他們，「不論你們搬到哪，千萬不要更改店名，不然我擔心下次來會找不到你們」。還跟他們約定，下次來台灣換我帶你們去喝珍珠奶茶。
如果你有租機車需求，你一定要與他們聯繫，他們的誠懇和熱情，會讓你在清邁多一個朋友。
I initially contacted them because their shop was near my rented apartment. Their attentive service and completely transparent contract convinced me to rent another scooter from them for my family's subsequent trips to Chiang Mai.
Their scooters were brand new and comfortable to ride. We stayed for two weeks, riding them every day to all parts of Chiang Mai without encountering a single problem.
During our stay, they enthusiastically provided Chiang Mai tourist information. They told me about many attractions known only to locals and which places locals would avoid. I completely trusted that the British, who had lived in Chiang Mai for over ten years, understood what tourists needed.
To expand their business, they moved their shop near Nimman Road. When returning the scooter, I unexpectedly told them, "No matter where you move, please don't change the shop name, otherwise I'm worried I won't be able to find you next time I come." We also made a promise that next time I'm in Taiwan, I'll take them to get bubble tea.
If you need to rent a scooter, you should definitely contact them. Their sincerity and enthusiasm will make you a friend in Chiang Mai.

Really nice service, friendly and welcoming. Good advice from the owners about the roads and how to stay safe. Bike was in very good condition and communication was great in English with a fast reply and great overall service. Would highly recommend as it’s an English owner and his local wife and you get more personable and better service than the bigger companies.
This customer was actually staying in the Samoeng area of Chiang Mai which is very far from the city and up in the mountains. He was impressed with the Honda Click 160cc and thought it was more than capable for the mountain roads around his hotel. I rented a Honda click 150cc the bike was perfect and only 4000baht for a month! The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. If I ever return to Chiang Mai I will 100 percent be using these guys again.

The scooter I rented from them did not have a single issue in the 5 months we had it and it was the perfect ride to get around Chiang Mai. For the quality of the service and bikes, the price is unbeatable! You won't regret renting from them if you ever get the chance.

Best bike hire I have found in Chiang Mai on my 10th trip. Have already planned the next rental.
Communication before and during was really thorough and clear. Bike was dropped off at house and collected perfectly on time with no issues. All bikes are new Honda clicks 160. Perfect size and power for city driving or a further tour around the mountains. Bike was in really condition with low mileage.

A fantastic scooter, perfect for the city center as well as for country roads and highways. The service, price, and friendly staff were all first-class. The scooter was delivered and picked up even though we lived on the other side of town.

George was here to study Muay Thai at Muay Thai Fever. He rented a Honda Click 160cc for a month but actually had an accident in the first week of renting it. He was lucky to not have any injuries but the scooter suffered extensive damages and had to be sent to our mechanic for repairs. The repairs cost over 20,000 thb. His accident involved a taxi and we were able to negotiate with the taxi driver's insurance company on George's behalf and successfully had them cover all the damage. George didn't have to pay anything to fix the bike, which he was very happy about. We gave George a replacement scooter and he had no further issues for the remainder of his trip!

This is one of the best places to rent scooters in Chiang Mai. The owner and his wife are very kind and fair with their prices. They only had 1 helmet left and it was too big, so they bought me a new smaller one that fit perfectly

pleasure renting a scooter here! easy communication, scratch insurance included. the prices are quite good at daily rate (400 baht/day for pretty new 160cc honda click) and very good at weekly! the owners were so kind to delivery the scooter to my hotel for free. great fun riding this specific scooter, we went to samoeng loop and honda rode up and down mountain roads with ease.
